5 x Pull Ups
10 x Push Ups
15 x Air Squats
Substitutions : If unable to perform RXD pull ups, use jumping pull ups instead. If unable to do push ups on toes then do them on your knees.
Group results : Fiona 3+9, Kelly 21+8, Daren 6+8 RXD, Rob 6+10, Di 2+13, Scotty 3+10, Nigel 3+6
Good effort by all on that one, especially at the end of the week too!
Fair play to Scotty who did that horrible wall ball workout before hand and then still pushed out some serious reps!

Oh please let me start the 12 week challenge quickly I really need to loose some weight TODAY.
You can loose some when you come back from the beach. Until then, I’d be really happy with your squats on the video, they look awesome for depth and range. Think of that tight rear and great legs for the summer!
