Do I need to be awesomely fit to participate ? I see you guys doing pull ups and I can’t do one!
No you don’t need to be some sort of machine at all. A lot of the people starting with this sort of training are unfit but just don’t want to go to “the globo-gym walk on a treadmill and get no results” type of place. In every workout its scaled according to what you can do. Its your workout! For example if you can’t do a push up on your toes then chances are you can on your knees. If you can’t do a pull up you can use a power band (a giant rubber band which takes some of your body weight) to help you.
I don’t know how to do some of the movements and excercises that you do and don’t want to look like a fool!
Everyone starts somewhere. Our group sessions are supportive and its a great community spirit our participants have. Usually in any session there are a huge variety of skill and fitness levels. We can arrange a couple of one on one coaching sessions beforehand for you to get to know some of the exercises and what they are all about.
How much does it all cost ?
