A quick reminder to people that group sessions are limited by numbers so it’s really important that you book your place and if you can’t make it please just call or text to let us know as soon as you can to free it up for someone else.
A couple of technical one on one coaching sessions spots may be available next week with Julian. So if you are thinking that your thruster needs sharpening up, your pull up technique is holding you back, or you would like some really sharp kettle bell tuition, give him a call and arrange a 45 min session. On the minute, every minute for 30 minutes :-
5 x Pull Ups
10 x Push Ups
15 x Air Squats
Substitutions : If unable to perform RXD pull ups, use jumping pull ups instead. If unable to do push ups on toes then do them on your knees.
Group results : Fiona 3+9, Kelly 21+8, Daren 6+8 RXD, Rob 6+10, Di 2+13, Scotty 3+10, Nigel 3+6
